End-User License Agreement, QuickBooks connection Last updated: October 4, 2026

1. Applicability

These terms apply to the use of the application that Map Leads Media uses to connect to QuickBooks Online via mapleads.media. By authorizing the connection in QuickBooks Online, you agree to these terms.

2. What the application does

The application automatically creates estimates in QuickBooks Online, based on data already captured earlier in the existing process. The application replaces manually re-entering that same estimate into QuickBooks Online.

3. Use

The connection is intended for Map Leads Media's own internal use and is not intended for resale or use by other parties.

4. Access through QuickBooks

By authorizing the connection, you grant the application access to the QuickBooks Online data needed to create estimates. This access can be revoked at any time from your own QuickBooks settings, without needing to contact Map Leads Media.

5. Liability

The application is provided as is. Reasonable care is taken to ensure it works correctly, but error-free operation is not guaranteed. The user remains responsible for reviewing estimates before they are sent to a customer.

6. Termination

This agreement ends automatically as soon as the connection is disconnected in QuickBooks Online.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
